We just purchased this commercial pizza oven remanufactured from pizza ovens .com in december for 3,500.00 plus shipping xxxx.00 total to our pizza place.Works perfectly!We had to close our business in april due too economy so we used for a little over 4 months. It has 5 seperate decks for up to 18 inch pizzas runs on single phase power(typical 60 amp breaker) cooks like deck oven but WITH AIR IMPINGMENT(air holes that blow air onto food) for evenly cooked pizzas(no need to turn the pizzas)great for homeade or frozen dough! Fairly compact size for pizza oven.
